Sales Manager - LAP

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in affordable housing loans (LAP) and mortgages.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, distributors, and internal teams.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales performance data to optimize strategies and improve results.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in branch sales management or similar role in the banking industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in affordable housing loans (LAP) or microfinance products.
• Strong understanding of loan against property (LAP) products, including mortgage options.
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build strong connections with customers.
