Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for secured loan products such as LAP (Loan Against Property) and mortgage loans.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, resolve customer issues, and optimize processes.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the competitive lending landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in secured loan products like LAP/Mortgage Loans.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, regulations, and risk management principles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
