Frontline Sales Manager D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Insurance

Job purpose: Own end-to-end D2C sales generate leads, pitch plans, complete e-KYC/e-sign, and drive policy issuance/renewals no agents.

Key responsibilities

• Daily prospecting (leads, area visits, events), conduct need-based pitches, and close policies (term/motor/health).
• Run digital flow: quote form KYC payment issuance; explain product, exclusions, premium.
• Manage CRM/funnel, convert leads, follow up renewals, handle service/claim basics, and escalate issues.
• Demo app/portal, ensure compliant selling, and maintain audit-ready docs.

Requirements

• 0-4 yrs field/digital sales (insurance a plus),
• Hindi/English fluency
• smartphone/CRM comfort, 2-wheeler preferred.
• Company will be Provide data also.

Location - Jaipur

Experience - 0 to 10 years in insurance
