About this role
Job Description
To handle existing HNI (High Networth Individuals) clients and acquire new clients for sale of life and Non-life Insurance Product from Insurance Broking company,
2. Manage the relationship with clients including corporate clients
3. Support day to day operation of the sales
4. Managing Insurance-Broking sales and related activities
5. Manage Sourcing, Processing, Issurance, Post Issurance customer issues (If any)
6. Ensure adherence to all company policies and processes
7. Develop and implement initiative to motivate retain high performing talent
8. To abide strictly with the selling norms defined by the organization
9. To analyze financial needs of the customers and offer appropriate product with utmost transparency
10. To maintain and provide MIS as desired by the organization for all clients
11. To provide accurate information for all products and services of the company to the customers,
12. To selling the Health insurance, Motor insurance PA life insurance
