Sales Manager- Heavy industrial- EU

Responsibilities:

Focus on End User sales

1. Marketing insight: To gain in-depth insight into the political and economic environment, industrial pattern, customer pain points and demands, competitors, etc. of the region/country to which you belong; to explore leads/opportunity points;

2. Undertake and develop regional strategic planning and business planning;

3. Sales development: responsible for industry customer relationship building, sales development, transaction management, responsible for the achievement of business goals and industry business success;

4. Ecology and brand building: develop ecological strategies, responsible for the development and operation of local agents and system integrators, and promote the construction and development of industry brands in the region.

Requirements:

1. Majoring in automation and electrical is preferred.

2. Strong relationship and have resource in Heavy industries: Oil&Gas, Metallury, Mining, Sugar, Paper etc.

3. With knowledge of industrial automation , understanding the basic functions of servo, inverter, PLC and its related solutions application scenarios.

4. With more than 5-10 years of technical sales experience, with rich practical experience in market insight, customer relationship building, major project operation, transaction management, etc., with technical sales experience in well-known companies in the field of industrial automation is preferred.

5. Good self-drive, working independently and highly motivated.

6. Proficient in English.
