Sales Manager - Health Insurance (Agency Channel)

THIS IS A FIELD SALES ROLE with monthly sales targets. Candidates with field sales experience in ANY sector can apply - BFSI / Insurance / Banking sales experience will be preferred.

We are hiring for one of the top reputed Health Insurance companies - Sales Manager (Agency Channel) in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. 1 open position.

This is an AGENCY CHANNEL role: your main job is to RECRUIT insurance advisors (agents), train them and get health insurance business through your advisor team.

Role: Build and manage a team of health insurance advisors (agents) and drive health insurance sales through them in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit insurance advisors from your local network and get them IRDAI licensed

• Daily field calls, recruitment appointments and career presentations to prospects

• Set monthly sales goals for advisors and help them close policies

• Joint field calls, on-the-job training and regular performance reviews

• Track policy renewals and keep advisors updated on products and contests

• Follow IRDAI norms and company policies

Must Haves:

• Graduate and above (any stream)

• 1 to 5 years of FIELD SALES experience in any sector - BFSI / Insurance / Agency channel preferred

• Good knowledge of insurance / financial products and strong local network

• Good spoken Gujarati and Hindi

• Own two-wheeler, comfortable with daily field work

• Local Bhavnagar candidates preferred

Salary: Rs 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 per annum + attractive incentives
