Sales Manager - Health Insurance (Agency Channel)

THIS IS A FIELD SALES ROLE with monthly sales targets. Candidates with field sales experience in ANY sector can apply - BFSI / Insurance / Banking sales experience will be preferred.

We are hiring Senior Agency Managers for a leading Health Insurance company in Chennai (Anna Nagar branch). 2 open positions.

Role: Build and manage an agency network of health insurance advisors and drive business through them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit good quality insurance advisors and get them IRDAI licensed
• Daily calling and recruitment appointments; career presentations to prospects
• Set monthly goals for advisors and help them achieve business targets
• Joint field calls, on-the-job training and regular performance reviews
• Track policy renewals and keep advisors updated on products and contests
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI norms and company policies

Must Haves:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in insurance sales / agency development / financial services
• Knowledge of health / life insurance products
• Strong people management and networking skills
• Graduate in any discipline

Salary: Rs 2,75,000 - 4,00,000 per annum + incentives
