WE ARE HIRING SALES MANAGER

Location: Chandigarh / Mohali / Tricity

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Aluminum & uPVC Windows & Doors industry.

Note: Prior experience in Aluminium / uPVC Windows & Doors / Glass Sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities-

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Generate new leads and build strong customer relationships
• Handle enquiries, prepare proposals, and convert leads into orders
• Develop business through dealers, architects, builders, contractors, and project clients
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospective customers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders
• Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets

Requirements: -

• Prior experience in Aluminum / uPVC Windows & Doors Sales / Glass will be preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Good knowledge of the local market and customer network
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
