We are looking for enthusiastic MBA Freshers ANy graduate who are passionate about building a career in Pharma industry.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Freshers only or 4 Years
• Age between 21 to 26 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred candidates from Navi Mumbai or Central Mumbai
• Strong interest in sales and customer relationship management

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through cold calling, emails, exhibitions, references, and other business development activities.
• Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company's customer base.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments, and customer queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree ANY
• 0 to 1 years of experience
• Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and follow-ups effectively.
