Sales Manager - Field Sales

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Leader to lead a team of 5–6 Sales Executives, drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and achieve retention and sales targets.

Locations- Delhi/NCR , Gurgaon , Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 5–6 Sales Executives and drive team productivity.
• Own fortnightly/monthly sales, revenue, and client retention targets.
• Develop strategies for new client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
• Conduct 3-4 F2F client meetings daily and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure prompt resolution of client concerns and effective sales servicing.
• Monitor CRM usage, sales processes, documentation, and team performance.
• Identify market opportunities/challenges and take corrective actions to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• MBA graduate with strong academic background.
• Minimum 2.5 years experience in Sales, Client Servicing, or Retention.
• Prior experience managing a 4-5member team, preferably within the last 1 year.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and regular client meetings.
