Sales Manager - F&B

We are looking for an energetic and highly networked sales professional with a strong background in restaurant sales, catering sales, and quick service restaurants. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to identify, approach, and convert corporate clients, event organizers, and institutional customers into long-term food service partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 5-10 years of experience in restaurant sales, catering sales, or food service business development.
• Proven track record in securing corporate food contracts, employee meal programs, event catering assignments, and bulk food orders.
• Prior experience working with restaurants, hotels, catering companies, cloud kitchens, or food service providers is highly preferred.
• Established network across corporates, IT companies, industrial establishments, educational institutions, and event management firms.

Key Competencies

• Strong understanding of restaurant marketing and brand promotion strategies.
• Excellent lead generation and business development skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and develop customized food service solutions.
• Experience in conducting promotional campaigns, food tasting events, and corporate engagement activities.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
• Ability to achieve revenue targets and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship management skills.
