Sales Manager | Equipment Finance | Delhi,Pune,Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Source and develop new business opportunities for machinery/equipment financing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, manufacturers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Generate leads and drive the sales process from lead generation to disbursement.
• Manage business sourced through direct channels (DST) as well as DSA/channel partners.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
• Identify and develop new dealer/channel relationships to expand the business.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as credit, operations and legal to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and credit guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• 1+ year(s) of experience in machinery/equipment finance
• Prior machinery finance experience is mandatory.
• Experience in sourcing business through DST/direct sales is preferred.
