Sales Manager - East and North - Real Estate

Role & responsibilities

Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through various channels (field visits, online leads, referrals, etc.).

Understand client requirements and offer property solutions that align with their investment or residential needs.

Provide end-to-end support throughout the sales cycle from lead generation to site visits and closing the deal.

Maintain long-term relationships by offering exceptional after-sales support and guidance.

Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners for smooth transaction execution .

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline with Minimum 1 year of client-facing sales experience in Real Estate, Finance, Insurance, or EdTech.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and customer orientation. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Prior experience in real estate sales, channel sales, or B2C financial product sales.

Familiarity with local property markets and buyer behavior.
