ap7am.com, a leading Telugu digital news platform established in 2008, is hiring an experienced Ad Sales professional to grow its direct advertising business.

Role: Generate direct ad revenue by identifying prospects, meeting advertisers, brands and ad agencies, presenting customized digital advertising solutions, negotiating commercial terms and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new advertisers and agency accounts.
• Generate leads through calls, networking, field visits and client meetings.
• Present digital advertising packages based on client objectives and budgets.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close business.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline, follow-ups and client relationships.
• Drive renewals, repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and reporting.
• Consistently achieve assigned revenue targets.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in media sales, advertising sales or business development.
• Strong exposure to advertisers, agencies or regional brands preferred.
• Excellent prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
• Fluency in Telugu with good professional English communication.
• Willing to attend client meetings and travel within Hyderabad.
