About the RoleORANGO SOLUTIONS (Airport Advertising Company) is looking for a target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales and business development activities in Dehradun. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets for our advertising and media solutions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and brands.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and close deals.
- Identify new advertising and media opportunities in the Dehradun market.
- Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, and payment collection.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Lead and monitor the sales team, if applicable.
- Requirements3–6 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in media, advertising, OOH, or branding.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good local market knowledge and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Management preferred.
