Sales Manager - Crushing Industry

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify potential customers, including contractors, dealers, and infrastructure companies.
• Conduct market research to analyse competitor activities, pricing, and demand trends.
• Oversee customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales conversions in the area.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and service teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, collection status, and area revenue growth.
• Ensure proper documentation of sales agreements, quotations, and CRM records.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints promptly.
• Plan and conduct promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns in the area.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activity.
• Train and mentor sales executives for improved productivity and skill development.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, product improvements, and business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile: Good communication skills and experience in Crushers, OEM, Construction machinery, and mining equipment.

* 4 to 10+ years of hands-on experience.
