Key Responsibilities:
Set up and Manage Sales Team inassigned locations.
Achieve Business Target & Financialfor Loyalty Personal Loans and other Product/ assigned responsibility that thecompany may enter.
Managing a team of Sales Executives.
Acquire and manage relationship withinternal & External stakeholders, including TW dealerships, Used Car Teams,end to end co-ordination with the credit Teams, Operations Teams, Product Teamfor sourcing of Leads, Improvement of Existing processes, disbursements,Clearing of discrepancies.
Maintaining the Basic Standard OperatingProcesses (SOP), Policies & Hygiene, laid down by the company.
Controlling the FEMI of each Loan andhence controlling delinquency for the assigned Locations
Ensuring TAT & Accuracy for enhancedcustomer experience.
Educate the customer specifically on notto bounce their EMIs.
Manage all customer grievance / customerissues pertaining to loan disbursal.
All responsibilities should be performedas per the company Values and guidelines mentioned in the company policies, asapplicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct.
Focus on Digital Disbursement andprocess. Specially on E-mandate
EligibilityCriteria for the Role:
Experience: At least 3-5Years of Experience preferable in Personal Loan with 1 year of Team Handling
Education: Graduate or above
Skills& Competencies:
Working knowledge of MS Office
MIS preparation & Management
