Sales Manager - CPaaS / UCaaS

About the opportunity:

We are part of an established international telecom group with 20+ years in the global market, selling CPaaS, UCaaS and CCaaS solutions in India and around the world, and working with major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager based in Pune to build and grow our business in the region.

Role & responsibilities:

- Drive new business for CPaaS products (Bulk/A2P SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, Voice/OBD, OTP, Email) and UCaaS/CCaaS (cloud telephony, cloud contact center, unified communications)

- Identify, prospect and close enterprise and mid-market accounts across BFSI, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, D2C, edtech and aggregators

- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, solution proposals, pricing, negotiation and closure

- Build a strong pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

- Work with product and technical teams on API integrations, onboarding and DLT/TRAI compliance for customers

- Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling

- Track market trends, competitor pricing and customer needs in the Indian CPaaS/UCaaS market

Preferred candidate profile:

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience selling CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud telephony, bulk SMS or telecom/SaaS solutions

- Existing network of enterprise clients and decision makers in Pune and West India

- Good understanding of SMS gateways, A2P messaging, WhatsApp Business API, VoIP/SIP and DLT regulations

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable building a new market
