Role Description The Sales Manager – Corporate Interiors is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving business growth in the corporate interiors segment. This role includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients, real estate partners, and industry stakeholders. The Sales Manager will prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers, coordinate with design and project teams to align solutions with client needs, and negotiate contracts within company guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities also include tracking market trends, maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts, participating in client meetings and site visits, and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to project execution. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to uphold brand standards, client satisfaction, and revenue targets.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, business development, and account management skills in corporate interiors, commercial real estate, or related sectors.
• Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation of commercial terms.
• Ability to understand interior design and build processes, space planning concepts, and project workflows.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data analysis for sales reporting and forecasting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and proposal-writing capabilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing medium to large-scale corporate projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, conduct regular client meetings and site visits in Gurugram and other locations as required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines.
