Job Title : Sales Manager / Client Acquisition Manager

Position Overview

We are hiring proactive Sales Managers / Client Acquisition Managers to join our growing sales division at Tekton Infra Pvt. Ltd. Reporting directly to the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for converting presales-qualified leads, conducting site visits, building client relationships, and closing real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead Conversion & Client Engagement: Engage with warm leads provided by the presales team, conduct detailed property presentations, and schedule site visits.

* Site Visits & Product Demos: Host clients at project sites, walk them through specifications, layout plans, pricing models, and financing options.

* Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective buyers, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and channel partners.

* End-to-End Deal Closure: Guide buyers through booking procedures, documentation, payment structures, and legal formalities until final handover support.

* Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Team Leader.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Experience: 3 to 6 years of direct sales experience in real estate, housing loans, or high-value asset sales.

* Communication: Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.

* Mobility: Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.

* Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred).

* Languages: Fluent in Malayalam and English.
