Job Purpose
To drive business loan sales through the DSA channel by acquiring customers, managing DSA relationships, and consistently achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business loan leads through DSAs and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new DSAs.
- Identify potential customers and drive the complete loan sourcing process.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other teams for smooth processing and disbursal.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales and disbursal targets.
- Monitor DSA performance and identify opportunities to increase business.
- Ensure quality sourcing with proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Track leads, applications, approvals, and disbursals on a regular basis.
- Handle customer and DSA queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Expand the DSA network by onboarding new channel partners.
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Loan/LAP/SME loan sales.
- Prior experience in DSA/channel sales is preferred.
- Strong network of DSAs and local market knowle
