Job Responsibilities

• Drive residential real estate sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Handle qualified leads generated through digital marketing.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, property presentations, and negotiations.
• Build relationships with HNI clients, investors, developers, and customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.
• Provide professional property consultation and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain sales pipeline and customer details in CRM.

Candidate Profile

• 1–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, or Real Estate Sales.
• Real estate sales experience will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented, confident, and presentable.
• Experience handling HNI/premium customers is an advantage.
• Must own a bike/car with a valid driving licence and vehicle documents.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
