Sales Manager Bancassurance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the bancassurance channel.
• Build strong relationships with bank partners to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of insurance products into banking services.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements :

• 0-6 years of experience in banca or bancassurance sales or related field (insurance broking).
• Strong understanding of general insurance industry, including life insurance, health insurance, motor insurance etc. .
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
