Sales Manager Bancassurance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for general insurance products through Bancassurance channels.
• Build strong relationships with bank partners to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
• Conduct product training sessions for bank employees on general insurance products, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell insurance policies to customers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 0-7 years of experience in general insurance sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of general insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, etc.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an agency or direct-to-consumer environment.
