Sales Manager - B2B SaaS Gifting Platform

• We're looking for a Sales Manager - B2B SaaS who can own end-to-end sales, drive new client acquisition, and build strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers.
• This role is ideal for someone with a strong hunter mindset who understands consultative selling in a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition for Swageazy's B2B SaaS gifting platform
• Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure Pitch solutions to HR, Admin, Procurement, CXO, and Marketing stakeholders Understand client requirements and propose customised gifting solutions
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Work closely with internal teams (Ops, Design, Tech) to ensure smooth client onboarding Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Represent Swageazy in client meetings, demos, and industry interactions

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience in B2B Sales / SaaS Sales / Enterprise Sales
• Strong experience in closing mid-market or enterprise deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable with consultative and solution-based selling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience in HR-tech, SaaS, corporate services, or gifting is a plus
