KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive business development and new customer acquisition
• Manage key accounts across Automotive OEMs & Tier-1 suppliers
• Handle end-to-end RFQ, costing, quotation & commercial negotiations
• Develop business for SMT / PBA / PCB Assembly & manufacturing services
• Promote EV Power Electronics, ICCU & power management products
• Track market trends, competitor pricing & customer requirements
• Prepare sales forecasts and demand projections
• Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, Quality & Production teams
• Manage customer requirements, ECR/ECN and quality expectations
• Build strong relationships with Purchasing, R&D, Engineering & Supply Chain teams
