Job description :

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager (Sales) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager / Sales Head to oversee and manage the sales operations of our real estate division. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales team, including training, and performance management.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and conduct regular sales meetings to ensure the team is on track to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.

Requirement:

• Proven experience in a sales management or leadership role within the real estate industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
