Role Description The Sales Manager, Apprentice role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves supporting sales activities for housing finance products, including engaging with prospective customers, explaining product features and eligibility criteria, and assisting in the end-to-end loan acquisition process. The apprentice will help build and manage relationships with channel partners, real estate developers, and other intermediaries to drive business growth. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, follow-ups, documentation support, coordination with credit and operations teams, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role also includes learning and adhering to compliance standards, participating in sales reviews and training sessions, and contributing to achieving branch and regional sales targets.

• Relevant academic background in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred; entry-level or internship experience in financial services or sales is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Office and digital tools, along with the ability to learn internal systems quickly, will be beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, with a willingness to travel locally for client and partner meetings as required.
