Sales Manager Airlines & Railways

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to spearhead revenue growth across the Aviation and Rail transport sectors. In this role, you will own the end-to-end B2B sales from scouting new opportunities and navigating complex government/corporate tenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, pitch to and onboard key stakeholders within airline commercial teams, regional railway zones, metro corporations and transit catering/amenity partners.
• Tender & Bid Management: Lead the end-to-end process for public and private Requests for Proposals, ensuring compliance with strict government railway and aviation procurement norms.
• Account Growth: Actively manage large enterprise accounts, seeking cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximize our product footprint across transport networks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with internal product, legal, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure customized solutions meet the rigorous standards of the transport industry.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor regulatory shifts, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements within the global and domestic aviation and rail sectors to keep our offerings ahead of the curve.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, corporate account management, or institutional sales, specifically dealing with airlines, metro networks or Indian Railways.
• Industry Expertise: Thorough understanding of B2B sales, procurement norms, and tender filing processes.
• High-Level Negotiation: Demonstrated capability to close deals with corporate executives and government railway authorities.
