Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Management.

Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

Experience in the EdTech or SaaS industry will be a strong advantage.
