About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
Drive commercial profitability, strategic planning, sector analysis, and sales & marketing plans to achieve business targets.
Develop client and EPC specifications, ensuring products are included in key vendor lists through presentations and stakeholder engagement.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, EPCs, PMCs, contractors, and applicators to drive business continuity and growth.
Manage CRM, project pipeline, forecasting, and business development across existing and new opportunities.
Develop and manage recognized applicator networks, ensuring performance against business objectives.
Work closely with Technical, Specification, and Segment teams to develop applications, introduce new products, and drive market expansion.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in project sales or institutional sales in the building material industry.
- Strong understanding of product specifications and ability to communicate effectively about technical details.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex projects from start to finish.
