Sales Lead

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead, motivate, train, and supervise a team of real estate sales executives to achieve sales targets.
2. Develop sales strategies and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are met.
3. Conduct property presentations, site visits, client meetings, and price negotiations to close deals.
4. Track team performance, conversion rates, sales pipelines, and daily activity reports.
5. Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and customer service.
6. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management on targets, achievements, and forecasts.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales is preferred.
2. Relevant experience in real estate sales, preferably with team-handling responsibilities.
3. Proven ability to meet sales targets and close property deals.
4. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Good knowledge of real estate projects, pricing, and local market trends.
6. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
