Sales Lead - PF Division

• Own P&L and sales targets for Haryana State.
• Lead and manage entire PF sales team and distribution network across the state.
• Drive new distributor appointment and territory expansion.
• Manage key accounts, collections and customer relationships.
• Conduct dealer & farmer meets and drive field marketing activities.
• Track competitior activities and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

A candidate with 7-9 Years of experience in Sales within the Poultry Feed Industry. Must have B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture / MBA. Key Skills include strong market knowledge, distributor management, team leadership, negotiation, poultry industry knowledge, forecasting, CRM and MS Office.
