About this role
Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead to drive revenue growth for our cybersecurity portfolio, with a strong focus on GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) solutions. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, mentoring the sales team, and working closely with leadership to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue targets for cybersecurity solutions, especially in GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, and Audit-related offerings
- Manage and mentor BDMs to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and closures
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and client engagement
- Lead client discussions, presentations, and solution positioning with a consultative approach
- Work closely with the Growth & Strategy team to align on go-to-market plans and new opportunities
- Engage with CXOs, risk officers, and compliance stakeholders to understand business challenges
- Collaborate with technical teams for solutioning, proposals, and RFP responses
- Track sales metrics, forecasts, and performance reports for leadership review
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and industry verticals
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in
B2B sales , preferably in cybersecurity or IT services
- Proven experience in selling
GRC solutions, risk advisory, compliance, or audit-related services
- Strong understanding of frameworks such as
ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA,
- Demonstrated ability to manage large deals and complex sales cycles
- Experience in handling and mentoring sales teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and drive consultative sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in cybersecurity consulting firms or GRC-focused organizations
- Basic understanding of Regulatory Frameworks / Circulars like RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and understanding of Information Security International standards like ISO 27001
- Basic undertsanding of VAPT, security assessments, and audit processes
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
