Location: Mumbai Andheri & Delhi Noida
Experience: 48 Years
Salary: As per Industry Standards
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities in the Staffing & Recruitment industry
Acquire new corporate clients and manage key accounts
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Drive revenue growth through B2B sales and account farming
Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely hiring delivery
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals
Preferred Background:
Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, HR Services, or Workforce Solutions
Strong expertise in Corporate Business Development and Client Acquisition
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets Role & responsibilities
