Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Sales

Location :- Vikhroli - Mumbai

Job Purpose:- The HR Business Partner (Sales) will partner closely with Sales Leadership to drive people strategies aligned with business objectives. The role will be responsible for end to end employee lifecycle
management- talent aquisition, employee greivances and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:-

Talent Acquisition:- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams and Sales leaders to drive timely hiring of sales talent across assigned geographies.

Support recruitment planning, candidate evaluation, and onboarding processes to ensure business continuity.

Track hiring metrics and support initiatives to improve quality and speed of hiring.

Employee Grievance Management

Manage employee grievances and workplace concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Conduct employee counseling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary interventions as required.

Promote a positive employee relations environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales leaders, employees, and cross-functional HR teams.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive people initiatives and business objectives.

Act as a trusted HR advisor, influencing decisions and providing guidance on people-related matters.

Experience

3-4 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role supporting Sales functions.

Graduation in HR background or MBA in HR.
