We are hiring for Sales Internship Program with Job Offer
Role: Personal Loan (Digital) Cross-Sell
Eligibility: Any Graduate (B.Tech excluded) | 60%+ in Graduation
Age: 26 years or below | Male candidates only
Job Type: Full-Time | No Bond
Compensation:
- 1–6 Months: 14K/month
- 7–12 Months: 18K/month
- 13–18 Months: 27K/month
- After Confirmation: 33,333/month + 1 Lakh Retention Bonus (performance-based)
Key Responsibilities: Lead generation, personal loan pitching & cross-selling, basic KYC/documentation, customer relationship management and achieving business targets.
