• Lead generation, client acquisition & relationship management

• Handling objections, negotiations & follow-ups

• Professional communication, presentations & networking

• End-to-end sales and business development

Internship Structure

Months 1–4: Probation & learning phase — Unpaid

Months 5–12: Performance-based stipend of 5,000–15,000/month

Career Opportunity: High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position at a higher level of responsibility after successful completion of the 12-month internship.

Who Can Apply

• MBA — Marketing / Sales / Business Development / General Management

• BBA/BMS, B.Com & related backgrounds

• Fresh graduates interested in Sales & Business Development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest or knowledge in Mental Health/Wellbeing is preferred
