Role Description The Sales Intern role at BFW Realty is a full-time, on-site position based in Mulshi. The intern will support the sales team by assisting with property listings, attending site visits, and helping prepare sales presentations and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with prospective clients, responding to inquiries, collecting and updating client and property information, and coordinating follow-ups. The intern will also help organize sales materials, participate in basic sales training activities, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to real estate sales processes and client service.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support sales activities and learn sales processes.
• Candidates should possess the ability to participate in Training, learn quickly, and apply new concepts in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should possess basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, email tools) and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Candidates should possess a proactive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work on-site in Mulshi and travel locally for property visits as needed.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
