Akoya Motors is a koda automobile dealership in Pune, focused on providing customers with a professional and customer-friendly vehicle buying experience. The dealership provides exposure to koda vehicles, automotive retail sales, customer relationship management, and showroom operations.

Role Description -

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Intern to join our team at Akoya Motors, Baner, Warje and Vimanagar Pune.

The intern will support the sales team in handling customer enquiries, understanding customer requirements, providing information about koda vehicles, and assisting throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

1.Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

2.Assist in explaining koda models, features, variants, pricing, and offers.

3.Support vehicle demonstrations and test-drive coordination.

4.Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.

5.Maintain and update customer enquiry and sales records.

6.Assist with lead management and customer follow-ups.

7.Support showroom displays and promotional activities.

8.Participate in product knowledge and sales training.

9.Coordinate with sales executives and other dealership departments.

10.Learn and follow the dealership's sales and customer service processes

Internship Stipend & Career Opportunity

First 2 months: Unpaid internship/training period.

After the first 2 months: Stipend of up to 10,000 per month, based on performance and applicable company criteria.

Pre-Placement Opportunity (PPO): Upon successful completion of the internship, high-performing interns may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with Akoya Motors, subject to performance, available vacancies, and company requirements.

What You Will Learn -

The internship provides hands-on exposure to automotive sales, customer handling, lead management, Koda product knowledge, vehicle demonstrations, test-drive coordination, sales follow-ups, and dealership operations.

Other requirements

Pursuing or completed BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA, Marketing, Sales, or a related program.

Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.

Interest in the automobile industry.

Previous sales, retail, or automobile exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.
