Job Summary
This role involves generating and nurturing potential leads through tele calling, coordinating with the sales team, maintaining sales-related reports, and supporting the overall sales process.

Responsibility

• Generate and identify potential leads through outbound tele calling.
• Make a minimum of 30 calls per day to prospective and clients.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant product/service information.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Maintain and update daily sales and calling reports accurately.
• Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and support the sales team throughout the lead conversion process.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Basic understanding of sales coordination and reporting.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Candidates must be willing to work from the Bangalore location(Onsite).
