Roles & Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients.
- Explain company services and identify customer requirements.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule online or offline meetings with interested clients.
- Maintain CRM records and daily calling reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for proposal sharing and deal updates.
- If a client requests a face-to-face meeting or presentation, visit the client location, present the company's services, and close the deal professionally.
- Build long-term client relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Students pursuing or completed BBA / BCA / B.Com / MBA or equivalent courses
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in Sales, Client Communication, and Business Development
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp/Email
- Freshers are welcome
