Sales Intern

Role & responsibilities

* Visit factories and industrial customers to identify requirements for silicone products, gaskets, tubing, profiles, seals, etc.

* Meet Maintenance, Purchase, Engineering and Production teams.

* Understand the customer's requirement and identify the suitable product.

* Visit the site and take measurements of existing gaskets, seals, tubing, profiles, etc. wherever required.

* Take product samples/dimensions and coordinate with the internal team for product development or selection.

* Prepare and share quotations with customers.

* Regularly follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending orders.

* Develop new industrial customers and generate leads within the assigned territory.

* Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify repeat/business opportunities.

* Coordinate with the customer and internal team until order confirmation and delivery.

* Be willing to travel regularly within the assigned industrial belt.

* Learn the technical aspects and applications of silicone and gasket products.
