Stipend & Career Opportunity

• 1-6 Months: 12,500 per month
• 7-12 Months: 18,000 per month
• After successful completion of 1 year: On-roll conversion with 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inside sales and customer calls.
• Contact prospective customers through company-provided leads.
• Explain Personal Loan products and benefits to customers.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Update customer and sales details in Excel/MIS.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
