This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment within the logistics industry.

• Key Responsibilities:Support the sales team in identifying and generating new business opportunities
• Assist in expanding the company's customer base
• Participate in client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management
• Prepare quotations and contribute to sales reporting activities
• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets (ROR-based) under supervision

• Requirements:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Genuine interest in sales and the freight forwarding/logistics industry
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment
• Professional proficiency in English is required; additional languages are considered a strong advantage
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management is a plus
• Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• High level of motivation, eagerness to learn, and adaptability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) is a plus
• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET)
