Sales Intern B2B Industrial Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified B2B customers provided by the company.
• Introduce our CMM Styli & Metrology product range.
• Identify customer requirements and generate enquiries.
• Send product catalogues and quotations.
• Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into purchase orders.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up activities in CRM.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal technical and sales team when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• BBA / B.Com / BBM, preferably in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good spoken English and Tamil.
• Confident, energetic and persistent with follow-ups.
• Strong interest in building a career in B2B sales.
• Basic computer and CRM skills.
