During the internship, students will get hands-on exposure to client handling, cold calling, property presentations, follow-ups, business development, and residential real estate sales.

Based on the student's performance, commitment, and overall evaluation during the internship, we may offer an opportunity to join us as a Management Sales Trainee on a full-time basis.

Full-time opportunity: Based on performance, after 3month you may get an opportunity to join as a Management Sales Trainee with 3.54 LPA CTC

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients to identify new business opportunities. Prospect for potential customers through leads, references, and cold calling for primary residential property sales. Understand clients' residential and investment requirements and recommend suitable property options. Showcase appropriate residential projects to prospective customers based on their needs, preferences, and budget. Follow up consistently with prospects and support the sales team in converting leads into customers. Assist in maintaining client information, lead status, and follow-up details. Attend developer meetings, project presentations, and channel partner orientations as required. Coordinate with internal sales teams and developers to ensure a smooth customer experience. Develop a strong understanding of residential real estate projects, market trends, and customer preferences.
