Sales Incharge

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Incharge to manage showroom sales operations, lead the sales team, achieve monthly targets, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Develop sales plans and implement strategies to increase vehicle sales.
• Monitor customer enquiries, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
• Ensure proper handling of walk-in customers and timely test rides.
• Review individual sales executive performance and provide guidance.
• Coordinate vehicle bookings, finance, insurance, RTO registration, and delivery.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the stock team.
• Conduct daily sales meetings and review target achievement.
• Maintain sales reports, enquiry records, and customer data in DMS/CRM.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct field marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor competitors' activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure showroom discipline, staff grooming, and adherence to company policies.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
• Experience: 25 years in sales, preferably in the automobile or two-wheeler industry.
• Experience in showroom management and team handling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of vehicle sales, finance, insurance, and registration processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
