Key Responsibilities

• Provide product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Focus on upselling and cross-selling to increase sales.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
• Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
• Handle billing and POS operations when required.
• Monitor daily sales, stock, and customer-related reports.
• Maintain proper store discipline and cleanliness.
