Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Sales HRBP Manager to partner closely with the sales leadership team. The role will focus on driving people strategy, employee engagement, performance management, and talent initiatives aligned with sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for the sales function.
• Work closely with sales leaders to support business objectives through effective HR practices.
• Drive end-to-end HR support including workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and retention for sales teams.
• Manage performance management cycles, sales incentives, and variable pay structures
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes for the sales team.
• Support learning & development initiatives tailored for sales capability building.
• Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and change management within the sales function
• Ensure HR policies, processes, and compliance are effectively implemented.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business leaders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience as an HRBP, preferably supporting sales or revenue-generating teams.
• Strong understanding of Sales HRBP practices, including sales incentives and performance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems and HR analytics is a plus.
